IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DELEGATES (PDÀ, 1.1Mb)A participant needs to fill in an accomodation form and to send it back to the hotel by fax indicated in the form or by e-mail to the organizing committee. Basing on the accomodation form the hotel administration will send by fax to the participant a so called "stay confirmation".
With this document the participant applies for his/her visa at the Russian Consulate in the country of residence. The other documents usually requested by the Consulates are: application form, photo(s), valid passport, insurance (optional). Please take care of your visa at least 2 weeks beforehand!
